The Spruce sprout can be used to plant Spruce trees (rightclick on an empty Forest Soil - > Forestry -> Plant Spruce Tree).
The quality of the planted tree is equal to your maximum Forestry skill level, but can't exceed the quality of the Spruce sprout.
Planting Spruce trees requires Forestry level 30 and can only be planted on Forest Soil.
