Training Tips

- These methods are the best known for increasing forestry to advance Skill: (~ = 'about')
- Planting a Pine tree gives ~0.8 Points
- Picking a sprout gives ~0.17 Points
NOTE: The above numbers were entered by a player with an unknown but apparently middle level of forestry skill. Like any skill, the values go up faster when forestry is low (as much as 5), and go up extremely slowly (as little as 0.000xxx) when forestry is high. However the example shows that you have to inspect approximately 20 trees to raise forestry as much as by planting one tree.
So, (If your forestry skill is "medium" per above NOTE) picking a pine tree sprout and then planting it, will nearly get you a full point. (See the table for skill level required, e.g. can gather sprouts at 30, can plant Pine and Fir at 30.
NOTE: The resultant tree quality is limited by your forestry skill level
*Trees must be planted on "Forest Soil".
