Changes: Mulberry tree

Mulberry trees can be harvested for silkworm cocoons. Silkworm cocoons require a Gathering skill of 60 to collect. Planting Mulberry trees requires a Forestry level of 60. Silkworm cocoons and sprouts regrow after a certain amount of day cycles.

The amount of silkworm cocoons a Mulberry tree contains depends on the quality of the tree:

State	Quality 33 - 65	Quality 66 - 100
Minor	0	0
Medium	3	8
Mature	6	25
