Healing is one of the three tier 3 crafting skills in the Nature's lore branch and the single branch following the Herbalism skill. It allows to to heal a Wound and fractures on players. It requires anyone you heal to be damaged prior to healing them. While healing doesn't restore HP, it can speed up the healing process over time by mending fractures or wounds by applying the 'Bed Rest' Effect on whoever you healed. Level 30 of Herbalism is required to learn this skill. To increase Healing past level 30, Herbalism skill must be at level 60.
Healing a wound on a limb can be done at level 30+ simply by right clicking them and selecting Heal -> Mend Wound. Repairing fractures requires a Primitive hammer equipped and then selecting Heal -> Straighten the Bone. Healing slashes across the chest for example (other wounds not on limbs) requires 90 in healing and a Saw. You then need to select Healing -> Perform Surgery to heal them. You can usually be able to additionally use 'Heal' as well as performing surgery, mending wounds, or repairing fractures.

- If you are in a guild, you can safely attack others without losing alignment. Grab a torch and hit with a thrust motion just once and heal the player using heal/patient. Be sure to use high q/high ingredient foods to progress this skill faster. -Unknownsmile
- After level 60+, keep a primitive hammer on you, and at 90+ keep a saw on you to perform bone-straightening and surgery.
